❓What is a blind box? A blind box is a mystery toy — you don’t know which character or item you’ll get until you open it!

It’s all part of the fun. Most series have multiple characters and sometimes rare “chase” figures too.

❓Can I choose which character comes in the blind box? Nope — that’s the mystery! Blind boxes are pre-sealed by the manufacturer, and we do not open or swap them.

If you’re collecting, we recommend buying a few to increase your chances or trading with other collectors.

❓What types of products do you sell? We stock a range of: • Blind boxes from popular collectible brands • Toys and figures (non-blind box) • Limited edition itemsCute accessories, plushies & merch New arrivals are added regularly!

❓Are your products authentic? Yes! All of our products are 100% genuine and sourced from official suppliers or licensed distributors.

No bootlegs, knock-offs, or imitations — ever.

❓Do you offer gift wrapping? Not yet, but we’re working on it! In the meantime, our products come neatly packed and make great gifts as-is.

❓Do you ship internationally? We currently ship Australia-wide only, but we’re looking into international shipping.

❓How long will delivery take? We usually ship within 1–2 business days. After that: • Standard shipping: 3–8 business days • Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Remote areas may take longer. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

❓Can I return an item? We accept returns for non-blind box items if they’re unopened and returned within 14 days.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges on blind boxes unless they are faulty or damaged.

❓My item arrived damaged. What should I do? Oh no! Please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damaged item.

We’ll sort it out quickly with a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
